MDM Products LLC is a family business. In 2001 we started planning our entry into the fast growing instant garage and portable building industry.
One of our founding and family members was the first employee of the industry’s former largest manufacturer, and helped guide us through the
initial hurdles. We began by distributing a competitive line of products in a small 5000 square foot building in order to experience both
the Dealer’s and the general public’s needs and requirements. Since our beginning we have valued the customer, and took the high road to a
first class product that would set the industry standard.
After less than one year we commissioned our first product to be manufactured under our own name. We took great care to select the design,
materials, and the market offering to stand out above the crowded field. We chose items like galvanized frames, the heaviest practical PE
fabrics, consumer friendly packaging, and other options that others had considered too expensive in this competitive marketplace. We have
found just the opposite. By offering a complete building package, not an ‘ala carte’ product offering, our dealers and customers have come
to appreciate the fact that MDM delivers value. We deliver complete buildings in good order and at a fair prices. Value to our customer
is what our products and company are all about. From our first size and color instant garage in 2001, our product line has grown to over 32 complete building types, styles, and colors.
We also offer numerous accessories and parts for all our products. In 2005 we established a strong central stocking location in our own
building in Milford CT. We warehouse every product offered in our website and catalog.
MDM produces all our own sales literature for the information of our customer and the convenience of our dealer base. We have also published the best assembly instructions in the industry for our buildings. Our sales and accounting staff work very hard to keep our service level high and our customers satisfied.
MDM Products LLC has not accomplished these achievements as a single family alone. We have been blessed to have found employees/friends that enjoy the tasks and challenges of our business. MDM is lucky to employ both industry veterans and novices,
all working hard to be as professional a company as possible. They all embrace the principle of being fair and delivering the very best value
we can as a company.
We have also been very fortunate to build a growing dealer base both domestically and internationally. We value our dealer relationships very highly, and work with them to our mutual benefit.
