Fabric building benefits when compared with Metal

Natural Environment
The vast amount of natural light creates a comfortable sunny-day feeling, eliminating shadows and reducing energy demands. Year-round temperature moderation and natural light inside a MDM Products building make for a much better environment inside than a metal building.

Low Maintenance
Metal buildings are prone to rust. The walls and roof of a metal building must be under constant attention to prevent rust from forming and eventually destroying the building. In a fabric building, the only thing you need to worry about is the cover wearing. In such an event, all you have to do is get a replacement cover, a much simpler process than rust prevention.

Peaceful Atmosphere
Rain or hail on a metal building causes a great deal of noise and makes for a very unpleasant work environment. A fabric building has natural sound dampening properties which make the building fairly peaceful inside even during rain or hail.

Year-Round Use
Due to the natural light that gets inside a fabric building, it tends to be 10 -15 degrees warmer in the winter. It also provides enough shade to be cooler in the summer months.

No Approval Needed
A steel building the size of some of MDM's must be pre-engineered. They are considered permanent structures. With a fabric building no engineering is necessary, however your town might be different.
